Wymagania
- Senior / Expert level
- Experience in consulting or task-based work
- 5+ years experience with API Gateway / middleware
- 5+ years experience administering Linux/Unix systems
- Experience in L2/L3 support
- Experience with system upgrades and security patching (API and OS)
- Technical skills: expert in API Gateway Broadcom / Layer7, REST, SOAP, HTTP
- Linux/Unix administration including processes, services, and logs (syslog, journal)
- User and permission management
- SSL/TLS, certificates, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS
- OS and middleware security patching
- Basic knowledge of firewall, routing, load balancing
- Azure networking / Private Endpoint knowledge is a plus
Obowiązki
- Provide L2/L3 expert support for API Gateway and system layer
- Handle incidents and problems, diagnose application, OS, and network issues
- Analyze root causes and prepare corrective recommendations
- Manage API Gateway configuration (Broadcom / Layer7)
- Handle SSL/TLS certificates
- Monitor and analyze alerts
- Support API integration
- Administer Linux/Unix systems for the APIGW platform
- Manage users, permissions, and system resources
- Patch OS, implement security fixes, and perform hardening
- Analyze system logs and diagnose performance
- Support automation efforts (scripts, CI/CD) - preferred
- Prepare environments for upgrades and migrations
- Participate in disaster recovery activities if required
- Plan and execute API Gateway and OS upgrades
- Test, validate changes, and support rollouts
- Patch security for API Gateway and OS
- Collaborate with IT Security
- Escalate issues to vendor and support integration teams
