Senior Consultant | Cyber Consulting

The Cyber Strategy team at Deloitte helps organizations develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to address emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements. The team works closely with clients to assess their current security posture, design tailored cyber risk management frameworks, and align cybersecurity efforts with business objectives. They provide strategic guidance on governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response to help clients navigate complex cyber challenges while safeguarding critical assets and maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in cyber / IT security advisory, governance, strategy, or related fields.
• Background in a consulting firm or a similar professional services environment is a plus.
• Fluency in Czech and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing security risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• EU residency.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2).
• German language skills.
• Understanding of business processes and how cybersecurity integrates into organizational goals.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain it.

• Assess client cybersecurity environments, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
• Work closely with clients to align cybersecurity initiatives with their broader business objectives.
• Participate in high-impact cybersecurity projects for both local and international clients.
