Senior Cybersecurity Service Coordinator – UX & Project Management

The role is for a leading organization focused on delivering secure, user-centric digital solutions, involving cybersecurity, design, and user experience teams.

• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in cybersecurity, technical, or UX domains.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluent, written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and meticulous approach to documentation and quality standards.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with design, UX/UI principles (a plus).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (a plus).
• Background in technical or cybersecurity environments (a plus).

• Kickstart projects by collaborating with teams to define scope, set schedules, and develop timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts by identifying stakeholders and facilitating communication.
• Maintain open communication channels with regular updates and clarifications.
• Organize and manage project documentation for accessibility.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Provide stakeholders with consistent status reports.
• Foster a collaborative environment supporting team members and idea sharing.
