PMO Lead

Scalo is involved in projects within the banking sector requiring close collaboration with business, IT, external suppliers, and management staff. The project uses tools such as MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.

• Experience in banking, financial, regulatory, or system projects
• Practice in managing complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in building and maintaining project governance and coordinating between business and technology teams
• Ability to prepare materials for management forums, steering committees, and meetings with management staff
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks
• Knowledge of UAT processes, defect management, and deployment preparation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and conduct communication at decision-making levels
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
• Very good work organization, priority setting, and attention to detail
• Ability to identify project risks and take actions to minimize execution risks
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure in a dynamic project environment

• Establish and maintain project management model and governance
• Build and lead project management rhythm including status meetings, steering committees, risk reviews, and escalation paths
• Manage risk, issue, assumption, dependency, decision, and action registers
• Prepare management materials, summaries for project sponsors, and recommendations supporting decision-making
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, dependencies between teams, and key milestones
• Control project budget, financial forecasts, resource allocation, and open project demands
• Support preparation and maintenance of implementation plans, readiness schedules, and checklists
• Collaborate with business, IT, testing teams, external suppliers, and other organizational units involved in project delivery
• Identify execution risks and conduct effective escalation actions
• Maintain a single, consistent version of project information for all stakeholders
• Participate in projects conducted using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Work in a hybrid model with 8 days per month in the Warsaw office
