Solution Architect (Python | RAG | LLM)

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Minimum 10 years of general IT experience
• At least 3 years of experience in AI system design/engineering, including LLM, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and Python AI stack (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Modular approach to designing flexible, loosely coupled components
• Broad technical perspective including validation of multi-component solutions from ingestion and ETL through AI layer to UI/UX
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to challenge development teams and share knowledge
• English fluency at minimum B2/C1 level for international collaboration
• Time flexibility for occasional work after 17:00 CET due to cooperation with USA time zone
• 7 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Python, system testing, LLM, RAG, vector databases, data engineering, ETL, Databricks

Nice to have:

• LangChain
• LangGraph

• Designing GenAI/LLM architecture
• Translating business documentation into concrete, ready-to-implement technical projects
• Building scalable and repeatable architectural patterns (e.g., reusable AI agents for SAP, Oracle, Guidewire environments)
• Collaborating with the team
• Supporting planning of multi-phase projects, feasibility assessment, and co-creating POC and MVP versions
• Delivering pragmatic solutions in early phases while contributing to later process standardization

• Work is 100% remote
• Availability for meetings after 17:00 CET due to cooperation with USA teams
