Wymagania
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-level observability and monitoring ecosystems using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with preferred active AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Proven experience with AWS CloudWatch and related native AWS governance/monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Practical experience in platform operations.
- Interest or practical experience in applying Machine Learning/AI to operational data (AIOps).
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical needs to senior management.
Obowiązki
- Audit and identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and best practices in existing telemetry infrastructure, monitoring tools, and operational workflows.
- Design a unified, scalable roadmap for technical operations focusing on monitoring, observability, and proactive alerting.
- Implement cost and best practice optimizations for tool rationalization and cloud spending.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIOps) into monitoring to enable predictive alerting, automated incident response, and anomaly detection.
- Drive migration, consolidation, and optimization of the observability toolset across the organization.
- Define and promote modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies within operational teams.
- Learn from external consultants to take ownership of the observability roadmap and platform governance.
