AI Cybersecurity Architect (Governance & Control Frameworks)

Xenon7 partners with leading enterprises and startups on cutting-edge IT projects across Data, Web, Infrastructure, AI, and more. The client is a premier financial institution in Egypt undergoing a digital transformation to establish advanced data architecture and AI capabilities.

• 8+ years in Cybersecurity Architecture or IT Risk Governance, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML security and governance frameworks.
• Minimum 3 years in regulated financial institutions in Egypt with knowledge of Central Bank of Egypt cybersecurity and compliance.
• Experience designing complex cybersecurity control frameworks including NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, neural networks, LLM orchestration, vector databases, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, and AI security credentials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.

• Establish AI Security Governance Frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and Central Bank of Egypt regulations.
• Design and build technical and administrative cybersecurity controls across AI/ML lifecycle stages.
• Define secure MLOps architectures integrating security checks and vulnerability scanning.
• Lead AI threat modeling and risk assessments for proprietary and third-party AI implementations.
• Develop cybersecurity assessment frameworks for third-party AI tools and cloud-hosted models.
