Wymagania

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 2 years of consulting experience and/or experience in Public Service institutions (local government, EU institutions, international agencies, or global NGOs).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills including command of data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cross-cultural competence, and adaptability.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Digital Transformation programs in Public Services.
  • Interest in technology trends and use cases.
  • Experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks.
  • EU/NATO Security Clearance.
  • French language skills.

Obowiązki

  • Deliver projects for European Institutions and agencies by collaborating with teams of various sizes.
  • Engage in strategy, research, business analysis, process design, and change management.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure understanding of requirements and solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions.
  • Ensure structured communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support sales team efforts to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice.
  • Provide industry expertise and regulatory knowledge in areas such as Borders Management, Law Enforcement, Public Health, Social Services & Employment, Defense, Public Finance, Green Transition, EU Internal Market, Data/AI/Technology & Security.
  • Develop assets, methodologies, research papers, and internal tools for the community.
