Experience in multi-jurisdictional regulated environments (UKGC, MGA, provincial Canadian or African regulators).
Formal certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe.
Experience working across multiple operating companies or group/holding structures.

Run delivery cadences using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Manage programme tooling including Jira, GitHub Projects, and Azure DevOps.
