Strategy Consultant – Software & Platforms

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting or software & platforms companies including SaaS, cloud providers, marketplaces, or social media platforms.
• AI & digital fluency, including hands-on experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools, data modeling, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
• General knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) landscape, digital marketplaces, and platform operations.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, transform, and interpret complex data for strategic insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to facilitate workshops and discussions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and work with senior client teams for stakeholder alignment and cross-functional change.
• Awareness of partner and developer ecosystem dynamics and evolving software business growth strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or another European language is a strong asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe and other areas as required.

• Partner with software and platform clients to design and implement strategic initiatives across product growth, operations, and platform services.
• Support end-to-end business reinvention projects to streamline operations, optimize costs, and transform client operating models.
• Help clients identify, assess, and implement AI-driven solutions including agentic workflows and automated reporting.
• Support advisory projects focused on digital marketplaces, trust & safety operations, product-led growth, and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead workstreams on complex projects from diagnostic through strategic design and implementation roadmap planning.
• Contribute to client proposals, offering documents, points of view, and strategic materials.
• Develop trusted client relationships by delivering value, sharing industry insights, and identifying additional business opportunities.
