Product Owner

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technically proficient with high-level architecture and technical concepts.
• Previous experience in a software development company, ideally focused on web applications.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and overview.
• Organized and formal communication style.
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Diplomatic and pragmatic approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Planning and visualization skills.

• Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on product vision and core functionalities.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs.
• Manage the product backlog by breaking down features into user stories and tasks, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing effectively.
• Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities.
• Monitor product progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
