• Technical/Enterprise Architect with Mainframe Modernization experience.
• Experience within the Banking Industry and understanding of Banking solutions (origination and/or servicing).
• Exposure to implementation in Financial Services or Banking Industry, including Project Management and/or delivery/execution experience.
• Availability for travelling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to conduct workshops and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.
• People development and team building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to understand and respond to client needs.
• Collaboration, team orientation, and stewardship.

• Participate in end-to-end project delivery, managing or executing all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment.
