Software Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist

• Strong knowledge of Software Asset Lifecycle Management and software lifecycle processes
• Proactive, self-driven, and "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and application owners
• Good understanding of technology including software and hardware environments
• Knowledge of IT architecture, software processes, and governance principles
• Experience with tools such as FlexeraOne or similar SAM solutions
• Knowledge of Power BI and Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong cooperation and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Competence in Flexera tools like FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, or FlexeraOne modules “ITAM” and “ITV”
• Experience with Software Asset Management and software lifecycle processes
• Strong social and communication skills within teams and with stakeholders

• Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience for the Service Areas, ensuring lifecycle processes and data remain accurate and aligned with business needs
• Enable and provide Software Lifecycle data to customers to support transparency, decision-making, and compliance
• Investigate and support cases related to obsolete software by helping Service Areas understand impact, risks, and mitigation actions
• Collaborate with Service Areas and stakeholders to handle lifecycle issues and guide remediation steps
• Participate in audits within the Software Lifecycle domain by providing data, documentation, and subject-matter expertise
