Senior Java Developer

We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project focuses on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. Our Client is a leading HR company with over 60 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries. In Poland, the Client has been operating for over 20 years and leads digitization in HR services, with a business-critical Time tracking system built since 2019.

• Strong proficiency in Java and backend development principles
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate Criteria API for efficient data queries
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment
• In-depth knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Batch)
• Experience in batch processing using Spring Batch
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, including ECS, S3, and RDS
• Openness to adopting and working with AI tools

• Developing new application modules based on business requirements
