Mid Java Developer

This project focuses on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

Our client is a leading HR company with over 60 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries. In Poland, they operate for over 20 years and lead digitization in the HR services industry. Since 2019, the team has been building a Time tracking system, a complex tool for registering and settling working time for full-time and temporary employees, integrating with employee portals and mobile apps. The system is built with modern technologies such as Java and the AWS cloud and serves tens of thousands of employees every month, contributing to the client's revenue.

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Practical knowledge of Hibernate (including Criteria API)
• Experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot)
• Basic experience with Spring Batch or other batch-processing solutions
• Experience with REST API development
• Familiarity with Docker
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS)
• Understanding of clean code principles and design patterns
