Lead Full Stack Developer

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks
• Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, and frameworks like Django
• Database management skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and strong data modeling
• Ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools including Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of security practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Experience with Automation Anywhere
• Automated testing with JUnit, Selenium
• Master’s degree or equivalent certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or advanced programming

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications across the full technology stack
• Define technical architecture, drive technology decisions, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and long-term platform strategy
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, software quality principles, and maintainability guidelines
• Build and enhance modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and data processing solutions
• Design and optimize data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Lead the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions, supporting automation and continuous delivery initiatives
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and development efficiency
• Mentor and support development team members through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews
• Champion software quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, governance, and security requirements while maintaining clear technical documentation and operational readiness
• Partner with infrastructure and IT teams to enable smooth deployment, production releases, and ongoing platform stability

The position requires presence in Gdańsk office in a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week from the office located at Olivia Business Centre.
