AI SDLC Engineer

Jit Team is a Polish company with over 700 experienced experts, creating highly specialized teams for clients worldwide. They have over 15 years of activity and engage in charitable and educational activities, supporting pupils, students, water rescuers, and hospitals.

• Active developer with strong expertise in one of the following ecosystems: Java, .NET, or frontend technologies, any experience level
• Active and real use of AI in daily work (beyond simple assistance like ChatGPT)
• Understanding of the SDLC end-to-end from analysis to production
• Enjoy working with people and driving change in how teams operate
• Ability to demonstrate concrete impact with tangible results

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot
• Experience in test automation tools like Playwright
• Experience measuring team productivity
• Experience building internal tools and platforms

• Work as a developer using Java, .NET, frontend, or cloud technologies
• Build internal AI-based solutions including agents, workflows, and automations
• Join teams to help them change workflows by demonstrating AI usage in daily tasks and supporting AI-enabled practices such as coding, testing, analysis, and UX
• Measure team effectiveness in terms of time, quality, and throughput
• Report the level of AI adoption in teams regarding usage, impact, and maturity
• Create and maintain standards for working with AI including prompting, agents, memory, and workflows
• Share knowledge and help build an internal AI community
