Senior Product Manager – AI Retail Platform

Our client is an international technology company supporting global enterprises in designing, building, and scaling advanced digital products. The organization combines product development expertise with data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to help its clients modernize their businesses and introduce new technology-driven services.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Management
• Proven experience building data-driven, analytical, AI-enabled, or enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Experience in retail or marketing technology domains such as retail media, FMCG, loyalty systems, AdTech/MarTech, customer data platforms, pricing tools, or retail/supply chain planning
• Good understanding of how Generative AI solutions are designed and used in production
• Familiarity with LLM-based products, AI agents, prompt-driven interfaces, and human validation mechanisms
• Strong analytical skills working with algorithms, predictive models, and complex datasets
• Experience cooperating with enterprise clients and advising senior business stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively with initially incomplete or ambiguous requirements
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum product development practices
• Experience working with international and geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI
• Very good command of English for daily cooperation

• Defining product direction and translating business objectives into a structured, prioritized product backlog
• Managing product roadmaps related to customer personalization, audience segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning
• Coordinating product delivery through planning, development, review, and release cycles
• Identifying valuable applications of Generative AI and analytics with Data Science and AI Engineering teams
• Assessing AI-generated results, analytical models, and predictive outputs from product and business perspectives
• Leading cooperation between distributed engineering, product, design, and client-facing teams
• Working closely with UX specialists to create workflows, decision-support solutions, and conversational AI experiences
• Advising enterprise clients and senior stakeholders to transform business challenges into product initiatives
• Explaining technical and AI capabilities in terms of measurable business value
• Monitoring product adoption, user feedback, operational indicators, and AI solution effectiveness
• Supporting commercial and pre-sales activities requiring product expertise
