• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Extensive expertise in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB implementations.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI and MCP solution design.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in GlideScript and server-side scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and automated testing using ATF.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Three or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred.
• Experience running technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex delivery challenges.

• Own delivery output quality across all technical builds within your pod.
• Resolve technical blockers and provide escalation support for complex issues.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using ATF.
• Ensure platform best practices across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
