Senior IAM Delivery Lead – Global Transformation Project

Our client is a major financial services organization undergoing a global transformation of their Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within security, IAM, or related IT fields.
• Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering IAM projects with technical expertise in IAM controls and requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and audit compliance standards.
• Proactive, positive team player with rapid learning ability.

Nice to have:

• Project management certification (Prince2, PMP).
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity and operations teams.
• Prior roles as Scrum Master or programme lead.
• Familiarity with Jira workflows and agile project management.

• Lead multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams supporting global IAM adoption across business units and functions.
• Collaborate with the team using standard project management tools, ensuring JIRA & Confluence are kept current.
• Support team members to understand and resolve obstacles.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the programme.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize key activities.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and communicate status to the programme manager.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
