• 4-6+ years of experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (configuration and/or integrations).
• Strong understanding of Vault objects, lifecycles, workflows, and integration concepts (Vault-to-Vault Connections, APIs, MuleSoft).
• Experience creating solution design documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation considerations.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working across multiple Veeva Vaults (Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, Medical, CRM).
• Background in a Veeva CoE/shared platform environment.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4 Model, or other architecture frameworks.
• Veeva Vault and/or TOGAF certification.

• Translate high-level architecture into detailed, build-ready solution designs for Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
• Create solution design documents, data flows, and integration specifications.
• Ensure architectural consistency across configuration, integration, testing, and compliance workstreams.
• Support impact assessments and guide delivery teams during sprint execution.
• Contribute to reusable design patterns and best practices across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders in a global environment.
