Senior Business Analyst

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis roles within high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Practical experience in designing, running, and analysing experiments such as A/B and multivariate tests on digital products.
• Hands-on experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics to generate product insights.
• Strong skills in statistical programming with Python and familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
• Clear professional spoken and written English.

• Partner closely with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to make product metrics highly visible.
• Translate complex product and business questions into simple, actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and custom visualisation tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, including data requirements, opportunity sizing, experiment design, and impact reviews.
• Cultivate trusted relationships across technology, business, and product teams.
• Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modelling techniques including A/B tests, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning.
