Graduate Programme 2027: Information Security Engineer (Appsec)

Revolut is a financial technology company with over 75 million customers offering products such as spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling. The company has a global presence with 13,000+ employees and operates from multiple offices and remote locations worldwide. The Graduate Programme is a 12-month initiative aimed at ambitious graduates willing to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK, providing training and hands-on experience while supporting visa and relocation costs.

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree or equivalent grade
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, physics, or other STEM subjects
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• Ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• Willingness to attend office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

• Running SAST and DAST security scans to identify vulnerabilities and common OWASP issues
• Reviewing system configurations and security controls to identify potential risks and improvement areas
• Documenting findings from security assessments and collaborating with engineers on remediation
• Researching emerging security threats and sharing knowledge across the team
• Participating in security reviews, training sessions, and discussions
• Supporting developers by identifying security issues and recommending improvements throughout development lifecycle
• Working closely with senior engineers to deepen technical expertise and expand security knowledge

Applications are open from June 2026, with a recruitment process from July to December 2026. The programme starts early 2027 (January–June) or late 2027 (July–December).
