Technical Support Engineer III (Cloud)

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or technical support engineering.
• Hands-on technical experience with Kubernetes administration, workload orchestration, and containerised environments.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, load balancing, enterprise storage volumes, and node management.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Ability to mentor team members and improve support workflows.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time in a 24/7/365 team structure.

Nice to have:

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Experience developing onboarding materials, technical documentation, and coaching programmes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global, multi-time-zone support organisation.
• Flexibility to travel up to 10% per year.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting mission-critical AI training workloads on HPC cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for high-priority cases.
• Mentor team members and deliver technical training.
• Conduct ticket quality assurance reviews.
• Refine operational playbooks to maintain swift, high-touch support communications and strict SLAs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
