Networking and IoT Engineer | Networking Solutions

Teltonika Group develops Internet of Things solutions and manufactures over 20 million IoT devices globally. The Networking Solutions Business Unit focuses on industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment like routers, switches, gateways, and modems for Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors.

• Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Desire and ability to help others.
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Computer Networking.
• Advanced English language skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Higher or equivalent technical/engineering education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to create technical documentation.
• Certification in CCNA or similar courses is considered an advantage.

• Advise customers on the use of Teltonika Networks products and resolve related challenges.
• Resolve technical issues independently from configuration, firmware/software, or other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use such as the Teltonika Wiki.
• Act as a communication link between Teltonika Networks R&D and customers or other departments.
• Work hands-on with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, networking services, and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
