Senior Delivery Manager – IT Outsourcing

Our client is a leader in the IT outsourcing industry dedicated to delivering exceptional service quality and innovative solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, service delivery, or account management within IT outsourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing market.
• Proven track record managing delivery and P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership experience leading delivery and recruitment teams.
• Active network of market contacts.
• Natural leadership qualities with charisma and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project or service management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or consulting.

• Own delivery end-to-end ensuring top-tier service quality, client satisfaction, and engagement health.
• Grow the account by expanding the portfolio through additional placements, services, and new leads.
• Manage the P&L including margins, utilization, and results against plan; shape offers and contracts for profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively spotting threats and removing bottlenecks.
• Lead and develop the team by mentoring, coaching, training, and retaining talent.
• Deliver against targets translating business goals into actionable plans and keeping the team aligned and motivated.
