Data & AI Solution Architect - Azure Databricks (On-site)

• 5+ years of experience in Data, Solution, or AI Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with dimensional modelling, conformed models, and SCD patterns.
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog, data governance, and security design.
• Understanding of analytics, semantic layers, and Databricks SQL.
• Experience producing architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and ADRs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and availability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

• Design end-to-end Data & AI and lakehouse architectures.
• Define data models, integrations, security, and governance standards.
• Create HLDs, LLDs, ADRs, and architecture guidelines.
• Design analytics, semantic-layer, and AI-ready solutions.
• Define platform governance, FinOps, and cost-optimization approaches.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation.
