Senior Test Manager

ITDS is a business consultancy and IT & AI engineering outsourcing company specializing in delivering modern digital solutions. The firm partners with enterprise clients across various sectors—including financial services, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare—to design, build, and maintain complex technology ecosystems.

• 15+ years of experience in managing testing for complex projects, especially system migrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, particularly unit and functional testing
• Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like X-Ray or similar testing management solutions
• Background in mainframe systems and Linux environments
• Certifications related to testing or project management

• Develop and document a comprehensive testing strategy for a major Mainframe to Linux migration (assembler applications to Java/SQL on Linux)
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Act as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a specialized testing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Monitor testing progress, analyze defect reports, and implement process improvements
• Produce detailed test documentation and provide regular progress updates to senior management
