System Test Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of microcontroller hardware, electric motors, automotive electronics, and electrical circuits
• Understanding of automotive communication protocols, including CAN
• Good knowledge of C and Python, with basic understanding of MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape models
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have:

• CANoe, CANape, TraceTronic ECU-Test, NI VeriStand, TestStand, ControlDesk NG, ConfigurationDesk NG, Jira, Polarion, Plastic SCM, Bitbucket

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing

• German and/or French language

• 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Python, C, CAN, Test automation

• Analyze system and design requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test cases in line with ASPICE processes
• Prepare and maintain HIL-based test plans for system, integration, and functional verification activities
• Design and execute System Qualification Tests, Hardware-Software Integration Tests, and System Element Integration Tests
• Perform test execution, analyze results, and ensure adequate test coverage
• Identify, document, and track hardware and software defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate issues and validate fixes
• Support release activities by preparing release verification tests and test summary reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods, tools, and processes
• Work on testing power electronics inverters and other key BEV vehicle components using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
• Work model: hybrid from Kraków (3 days per week from the office), second shift (16:00–22:00)
