• Minimum 4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong expertise in API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
• Practical experience testing web applications and complex business processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI-based testing tools such as Claude or Codex.
• Broad understanding of functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end tests.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, and execute testing activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cooperation with technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in Polish and communicative level of English.
• Legal authorization to work in the European Union.

• Willingness to develop skills in test automation and automation frameworks.

• Plan and perform manual tests in different phases of software development for a BPMS platform.
• Design and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data according to business and technical requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct extensive API testing and verify system integrations to ensure data exchange.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report them to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify root causes and resolve defects.
• Verify fixes through regression tests and ensure system stability.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and best practices.
