Technical Consultant (Polarion ALM)

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM, including administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Solid experience with server administration on Linux and/or Windows
• Experience with database management including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory integrations
• Proven ability to manage backup, recovery, and maintenance in enterprise environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication abilities
• Experience engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise ALM/PLM environments
• Knowledge of integrations with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP is an advantage
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or AI/Generative AI tooling is a plus

Polarion ALM Administration:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Siemens Polarion ALM environments
• Perform version upgrades, patch deployments, and migrations across environments

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Resolve complex application, server, and infrastructure-level issues
• Manage backup, recovery, and system maintenance
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage application servers, databases, and system integrations underlying Polarion

Customer Collaboration:

• Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
• Support integration activities with third-party and enterprise tools

Documentation & Support:

• Produce clear technical documentation
• Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing operational support
