Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

P&G Polska is hiring a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems contributing to intelligent business solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI Engineering with focus on Agentic AI systems
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ with strong object-oriented design skills
• Solid understanding of Data Science principles including machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP and Enterprise/Cloud Computing concepts
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code
• Strong background in Software Engineering best practices including version control (Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in Data Engineering techniques including data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance processes relevant to AI
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems including multi-agent architectures and autonomous decision-making modules
• Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
• Develop and optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and interpretability
• Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure for AI agents using Data Engineering best practices
• Apply Software Engineering principles to build production-ready, maintainable AI systems
• Participate actively in Agile development (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in Cloud Computing environments
• Contribute to strategic planning and evolution of Enterprise IT Architecture focused on AI capabilities
• Implement Software Quality Assurance practices including testing, validation, and performance monitoring
• Stay updated with advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and related technologies
