Data & AI Consultant

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related discipline with a technical or business focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to derive insights and advise on data-driven business models, governance processes, and innovative Data & AI technologies.
• Ability to understand how Data & AI support business objectives, including Data & AI strategy, use case discovery, governance, and digital transformation.
• Very good knowledge of English, Polish, and German (at least B2 level).
• Availability to work in hybrid mode with at least 2 visits to the office in Katowice per month.
• For senior-level positions (5+ years): Relevant consulting or project experience in Data & AI, data platforms, analytics, IT strategy, data governance, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data and AI strategies, governance, operating models, or transformation programs.

Nice to have:

• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments and familiarity with agile methodologies and project/program management practices (Scrum, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with emerging topics such as Generative AI and Data Governance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Scala), or BI tools.

• Advise clients on Data & AI transformation, working with stakeholders up to C-level to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Data & AI strategies and initiatives, including vision, pilots, scalable solutions, and operating models.
• Take on project management responsibilities such as requirements engineering and process optimization.
• Drive expertise in emerging topics like Generative AI, Data & AI Governance, and the EU AI Act.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and present strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Take on increasing responsibility from task coordination to program leadership.

Availability to work in hybrid mode with minimum 2 visits to the office in Katowice per month.
