Business System Analyst

• Minimum 3 years experience in business and systems analysis
• Ability to analyze applications and IT systems and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements elicitation methods
• Experience with CASE tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, or Adonis
• Practical experience in business process modeling with BPMN
• Practical experience in domain and data object modeling with UML
• Understanding of system integration concepts and technologies including ETL, API, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML
• Communication skills and capability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement in sales, CRM, tendering, construction project delivery, procurement, logistics, HR, finance, legal, compliance, or fleet management
• Experience with BPM/Workflow, ERP, or HCM systems (e.g., Webcon BPS, IFS, eNova)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Identify, analyze, and refine business needs and requirements with stakeholders
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems
• Model business processes using BPMN and data structures using UML
• Analyze business processes to find optimization and automation opportunities
• Define and analyze system integrations and data exchange interfaces
• Prepare analytical and project documentation including test scenarios, training materials, and user guides
• Support preparation of contracts and agreements with IT service providers and vendors
• Coordinate non-project changes such as maintenance and enhancements within the assigned area
• Collaborate with business users, architects, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver aligned solutions
