Senior IT Analyst

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse (DWH/CDW) and reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices
• Proven experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large, complex financial institution
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs involving 300+ team members
• Solid knowledge of SQL and/or other data analysis and querying tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate across multiple teams and dependencies
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in core banking transformation or modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and working with cross-functional development teams
• Knowledge of Nordic banking processes and regulatory requirements

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into features, epics, and user stories
• Drive requirements through the full lifecycle from discovery to handover to development teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other teams
• Manage dependencies and support delivery in a large-scale banking environment
• Build domain knowledge quickly and contribute effectively within the program
