Senior Software Engineer Java, Kotlin and Python (All Genders)

The company is headquartered in Munich with offices in Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London, and Vienna. The role is based in Kraków with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Solid experience with Java 8+ or Kotlin; Python experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of clean code principles.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to understand and apply design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient English communication skills (B2 level).
• Interest in DevOps philosophy of "you build it, you run it".

• Work within a Scrum agile environment aligned with the organization.
• Participate in pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Develop new features and maintain team products.
• Improve infrastructure needed for development.
• Deliver high-quality products following continuous delivery, clean code, and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate with multinational teams communicating in English.
