Product Owner (Data)

Cyclad works with top international IT companies delivering cutting-edge technologies and is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the creation and scaling of the Lead Scoring product for Volvo Group, a data-driven product aiding sales organizations in prioritizing customer opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner
• Strong experience in Sales management related to digital, analytics, data products, or pricing solutions
• Familiarity with pricing, discounting, revenue management, or financial modeling is a plus
• Strong experience with Data domain and Azure environment
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to align stakeholders at different levels
• Very good command of English

• Familiarity with pricing, discounting, revenue management, or financial modeling

• Define product vision for Pricing Management based on customer insights, business objectives, and measurable outcomes
• Develop multimarket strategy supporting discount governance, margin control, and pricing transparency
• Lead discovery with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and market teams to identify pain points and value opportunities
• Formalize OKRs and success metrics with quantitative and qualitative measures
• Build an outcome-oriented roadmap aligned with strategic dependencies
• Prioritize discovery experiments, MVP scope, and delivery phases based on business impact
• Own end-to-end product backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and lifecycle management
• Define guardrails for quality, data governance, security, and user experience
• Continuously collect feedback using a test and learn approach
• Lead a stable team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, architects, and MLOps engineers
• Collaborate strongly with external partners
• Work closely with the Tech Lead to ensure feasibility and solution integrity
