Playwright Practice Lead / Automation Solutions Architect

They lead the market by advising on IT solutions across multiple industries, focusing on delivering flawless solutions through testing processes.

Doświadczenie techniczne:

• Minimum 5 years project experience in test automation, including at least 2 years with Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript).
• Past experience with Java and Selenium, understanding Java team practices and pitfalls.
• Practical experience building test frameworks from scratch for multiple teams.
• Practical knowledge of REST API and integration of API tests with E2E.
• Experience in enterprise projects in large organizations, finance, insurance, telco, or similar sectors.

Umiejętności miękkie i leadership:

• Experience in mentoring or technical leadership including training, code reviews, onboarding, and tech leading.
• Ability to present technical solutions to business audiences, conduct workshops, and translate technology into business value.
• Ability to design strategies for test automation aligning with client business goals.

Języki:

• Fluent Polish.
• English at minimum B2+ for technical conversation and presentations.

• Genuine curiosity about AI in testing; experimenting with Copilot, Claude, AI-assisted test generation, prompt engineering for QA.
• Understanding how technology supports testing work.

• Develop career paths to enable migration of automation testers to Playwright through continuous mentoring including code review, pair programming, and building internal standards.

• Design and build from scratch test frameworks based on Playwright as part of automation services.

• Integrate solutions with CI/CD, reporting systems, and client infrastructure.

• Design migration strategies or build automation from scratch.
