QA Automation Engineer (M/F)

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in test automation
• Very good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or Playwright
• Experience in designing and maintaining stable UI test automation scripts
• Familiarity with Page Object Model or similar maintainability approaches
• Experience testing REST API, integration flows, contract verification, status codes, payloads, and error handling; practical use of tools like Postman, REST Assured
• Very good knowledge of test design techniques and risk-based testing; creating clear reusable scenarios; analyzing requirements and identifying edge cases
• Root cause analysis of defects and unstable tests; diagnosing issues based on logs and system behavior; proactive quality risk identification
• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence for defect and documentation management; basic SQL/NoSQL for data validation; understanding of CI/CD and automated test execution
• Experience developing and improving automation frameworks focusing on reliability, maintainability, and fast feedback loops
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Build, develop, and maintain test frameworks and environments for functional and integration test automation
• Develop and enhance automation solutions for clients' IT systems
• Customize test support tools to client needs and test frameworks
• Develop and maintain test scripts
• Design automation approaches and strategies for Polish and international clients
• Create solutions for test result presentation
• Integrate automated test solutions with CI/CD pipelines
