Global Business Product Owner

• 3-5+ years experience as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; Agile certifications (CSPO/PSPO) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP) and vendor integration.
• Proven experience managing digital platforms for B2B or external customers.
• Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and prioritize based on ROI.
• Comfortable partnering with IT architects on data flows, platform integrations, and scalability.
• Alignment with Roche's culture emphasizing radical simplification and data-driven experimentation.

• Work within an agile team to deliver feasible and sustainable products.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX, and QA teams to translate business vision into user stories.
• Align senior leadership, business owners, and teams through effective communication.
• Monitor support data, user feedback, and SLAs for post-launch improvements.
• Demonstrate We@RD cultural dimensions and support the TransformD journey.
