Lead Software Engineer - Operations and Portfolio Analytics

• 3-5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, including WinForms.
• Experience supporting desktop applications.
• Good understanding of a functional programming language like APL, F#, or Haskell is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the .NET framework and object-oriented programming design principles.
• Strong tracing and debugging skills.
• Experience with common debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex code.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn broadly across different areas.
• Interest and ability to work with complex architecture, both front- and back-end.
• Collaborative mindset with capability to work independently.
• Ability to work in time-sensitive settings and manage multiple interests concurrently.
• Knowledge or high interest in financial issues, both theoretical and practical, is a plus.

• Debug C# and APL code and provide high-quality fixes for crashes and erroneous functionality.
• Collaborate with business consultants and developers to evaluate and address customer issues.
• Assist business consultants in understanding existing code to answer queries.
• Investigate and resolve system performance issues related to C# and APL modules.
• Replicate client-observed issues in internal environments for debugging and analysis.
• Communicate directly with product support and clients via different channels.
• Serve as an important interface between Support teams and the Central Product Department.
