IT Business Development Manager

Flyps is a high-tech software house with nearly ten years on the market, specializing in projects requiring expertise in R&D, AI, computer vision, and high scalability. They develop software for self-driving robots, biotech and medtech companies, IoT, and data-driven companies. Flyps works with both foreign and Polish clients, including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns, and has pioneered innovations such as the first cashless and self-service stores in Poland and building automation.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management in a B2B tech environment
• Proficient in Polish (C1) and English (C1)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive, self-driven attitude
• Experience with CRM tools
• Good understanding of AI solutions and use cases, with strong interest in emerging technologies
• Comfortable working independently in a startup-like environment and across international markets

• Proactively identify, research, and approach potential clients and business opportunities in AI, Computer Vision, and Robotics markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities matching client needs with company capabilities
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline and consistently drive opportunities forward
• Own the full sales lifecycle from outreach to proposal, closing, and handover
• Attend industry conferences, meetups, and networking events to grow brand presence
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to align growth efforts
• Stay updated with AI and technology trends to identify potential growth areas
