Project Manager - Consultant with French

LinkGroup is offering a position focused on project and programme delivery in Agile environments, mainly for the Automotive sector with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation within distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven experience in Agile environments, ideally as a Product Owner.
• Experience in the Automotive sector.
• Excellent French (C2/native or fully bilingual) and English (minimum C1) skills.
• Higher education degree preferably in Business, Technology, Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Senior Consultant – additional requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience focused on Digital and Agile Transformations.
• Proven experience in at least one of: ServiceNow, Data Visualisation, Advanced Agile Transformation.
• Experience with France-based clients, particularly in AMOE or AMOA roles.

Staff Consultant – additional requirements:

• Initial proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives for French clients.
• Ability to operate effectively in consulting and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Additional:

• Experience in the Public Sector considered an advantage.

• Support large-scale transformation initiatives in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Deliver project and programme management applying Agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and clients, especially in the Automotive sector.
• Prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners.
• Work effectively with international teams and clients.
