AI Automation Engineer

• Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.
• Experience with the Generative AI ecosystem, including the LangChain family (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) or similar frameworks like LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with AI-first IDEs such as Cursor for rapid coding alongside AI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Strong spoken and written English fluency (C1/C2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-code automation tools like n8n.
• Foundational or practical knowledge in classic ML & NLP domains including Natural Language Processing (text classification, entity recognition, semantic search), Computer Vision (image classification, object detection, multimodal vision models), and Recommendation & Matchmaking Engines.
• Experience leading discovery workshops to map business pain points to AI solutions.

• Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code development.
• Integrate custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to aid adoption of AI tools.
• Collaborate with product or business leaders to translate ideas into technical architecture and defend technical decisions.
