Senior .NET Engineer

Our client is an international alternative investment firm with over three decades of experience in the financial and investment sector. The organization operates across a range of markets and asset classes, using both fundamental and systematic approaches to investing. Engineering teams build and support platforms used across investment, trading and corporate functions, with a strong focus on cloud computing, open-source technologies, AI and scalable software development.

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of React, Node.js, C#/.NET and SQL
• Experience designing and developing software applications
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions
• Solid understanding of current software engineering principles and practices
• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
• Professional integrity and a strong sense of responsibility

• Develop and enhance back-end applications using Node.js and C#/.NET
• Create and support modern front-end solutions with React and Angular
• Write, maintain and improve SQL Server stored procedures using T-SQL
• Work with cloud infrastructure, streaming platforms and containerized environments
• Contribute to software architecture and technical solution design
• Partner with technology teams across different areas of the organization
• Help deliver software that is scalable, dependable and built to a high technical standard
