Wymagania
- B.S., Masters, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Science, Operation Research, or other hard sciences with strong analytical expertise and technical skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in trend analyses, multivariate statistics, sampling, optimization, bias reduction, indirect estimation, data aggregation, automation, and generalization.
- Good data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in Python including data analysis and statistical packages (Pandas, Polars, NumPy, Scikit-Learn); familiarity with Python standard library modules unittest and argparse.
- Experience with Apache Spark or other big data processing solutions.
- Experience with cloud computing and storage (preferably MS Azure).
- Ability to manipulate and interpret large data sources.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
Preferred:
- Experience in NIQ methodologies, data collection, platforms, research processes, and operations.
- Experience in machine learning for prediction and classification.
- Understanding of neural networks and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of GenAI and AgenticAI applications and programming packages for LLM-based solutions and data processing automation.
- Experience with Docker and Linux command line.
Obowiązki
- Support definition and execution of analyses targeting innovation initiatives, development and implementation of methodologies, standards, and KPIs.
- Prototype solutions and support pilot programs for R&D, including trend analyses, representation/sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, data integration, automation, and generalization.
- Develop scalable data processing applications using test-driven development.
- Deliver documentation of new methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Developers and Data Scientists.
- Support Operations teams as main users of solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders on project scope, execution, data exchange, and outcomes.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
