Wymagania
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and common employee-facing service management processes.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.
- Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.
- Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
Obowiązki
- Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee experience solutions.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive integration of ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and provide strategic solution recommendations.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
