Senior Manager: Learning platform management

• Degree level qualification or relevant professional qualification.
• Broad experience in learning and talent technology, preferably in financial institutions.
• High learning agility with ability and curiosity to learn new skills and technologies.
• Experience with LMS configuration, release management, user and access management, preferably with CSOD.
• Preferable experience with LXP platforms like Degreed or Edcast.
• Experience in migration management, system analysis, SSO requests, certificate management, API and content integration.
• Excellent data management and analysis skills using MS Excel; exposure to other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with ability to execute regional and global project plans.
• Positive attitude, ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborative and solution-centric mindset.
• Ability to apply and leverage technology across regions and functions with understanding of learning and talent asset curation and optimization.
• LMS, PMP, and MS Office certifications are desirable but not compulsory.

• Execute learning and talent technology strategy, including enterprise-wide platform management involving LMS and LXP.
• Manage platform configuration, integration, migration, release management, and administration.
• Support day-to-day operations including maintenance, usage analysis, reporting, L3 support, integration, and administration of learning technologies.
• Optimize learning assets with a curation mindset.
• Participate in establishing platform structure, governance, and management.
• Manage learner experience through technology, supporting infrastructure, tools, and integrations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to offer customized and vetted learning resources.
• Perform other duties as required by business priorities and strategy changes.
