Automation Tester/QA (C#)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development across various IT services including software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Tester/QA Engineer, at least 2 years as Senior.
• Experience testing distributed systems and service integrations.
• Practice with asynchronous communication systems and event-driven architecture (queues, messaging) and testing REST API.
• Ability to prepare and maintain automated tests (UI, API, e2e).
• Experience in projects using Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET 10, xUnit, Reqnroll, Cypress, Playwright, TestContainers, Postman/Apidog.
• Practice with GitLab or GitHub Actions, including pipeline preparation/modification and test integration.
• Experience with Git (branching, merge requests).
• Knowledge of Jira + Xray for test management, design, reporting, and traceability.
• Knowledge of Grafana for dashboards and alerts on key indicators.
• Experience with SQL, especially PostgreSQL.

Nice to have:

• Docker, Kubernetes, OCP, JMeter, k6, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AI, Copilot, LLM, BDD.

• Realization of a greenfield project building a main component of a new ecosystem for debt management.
• Managing tests: reviewing test cases and existing automated tests.
• Preparing functional, regression, and integration test scenarios and cases.
• Executing manual and automated tests.
• Designing, creating, and maintaining automated tests for microservices based on asynchronous communication and event-driven approaches (queues, messaging).
• Reporting and documenting bugs.
• Working with test data using SQL to validate business and process logic in complex systems.
• Remote work model with initial onboarding from the Wrocław office.
