Data and AI Compliance Senior/Manager

• Command of data governance, artificial intelligence, and related policies, laws, and regulations.
• Accountability experience for a compliance program, ideally in multinational or digital/AI/technology contexts.
• Proven ability to operationalize and implement strategy.
• Ability to identify and assess trends in data governance and AI regulations (e.g., EU AI and digital packages).
• Capacity to build professional relationships with experts and regulators.
• Skills to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making skills, and common sense.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, with a commitment to ethics and company culture.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies, best practices, and risks.
• Law degree.
• Relevant certifications in data privacy, data governance, audit, AI, or Information Security are a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years in compliance and ethics/governance functions.
• Experience managing staff.
• Knowledge of monitoring legal and regulatory trends and translating them into actionable requirements.
• Project management and organizational skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English.

• Review internal and client-facing projects to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and voluntary commitments.
• Identify legal, regulatory, policy requirements and translate them into Accenture policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, information security, and other teams to build and run the compliance program.
• Support client-facing activities by providing guidance to contracting counsel.
• Engage with business stakeholders to incorporate data and AI compliance in new services, offerings, and initiatives.
• Monitor technology trends and develop guidance, training, and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work effectively with legal professionals and business teams remotely, providing pragmatic advice and guidance.
